Spray as needed to remove negative energy from a space, purify and cleanse your aura or any personal items. When smudging simply set an intention for the purpose in which you are using it such as:
- Cleansing your home or a personal article: "With this I cleanse all negative energy from this space/ item"
- Cleansing yourself: "I release all negative energy that no longer serves me, all negativity that surrounds me and all fear that limits me"
- Cleansing a new home or space: "Cleanse this space, remove its past. Fill this space with joy, love and light"
