Join Stephanie, our Certified Sound Healing and Reiki Practitioner, as she takes you on a journey of relaxation, healing and happiness, by means of vibrational sound healing energy.
Close your eyes and float away to a deeper level of consciousness, where you will experience the many benefits of sound therapy.
Sound healing therapy is a full body meditation, aimed to realign us back to our natural vibrational state. In doing so, we are able to naturally heal on many levels. Sound therapy is great for those who are looking for deep relaxation, stress reduction and healing.

During this meditation, you will be laying in a comfortable position, on a yoga mat, with a pillow and blanket (Please bring these along with you for your comfort). We have a limited number of extra yoga mats available if needed, let us know in advance.
Should you prefer to do this meditation in a seated position, chairs are available upon request, prior to the date.
